The service
You Have to See This is a movie tracking and recommendation product operated by TBD. During the private alpha, features are incomplete, may change, and may be withdrawn without notice.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access data that is not yours.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not scrape or misuse third-party data made available through the service.
Your content
Notes, ratings, lists, and other information you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.
Third-party data
Movie information is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) under their terms. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability, when introduced, is provided through JustWatch via TMDB.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided during the alpha “as is” and without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The final scope of these limits will be set by counsel prior to public launch.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
